Saitek is part of the Mad Catz umbrella, and the company has just announced that they will be rolling out new licensed PC Pro Flight products which will be in line with the highly respected Cessna name. After all, if you’re a mover and shaker in this world, then surely getting around in a private jet like the Cessna is something “normal” for you?
According to Darren Richardson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mad Catz Interactive, Inc., “The Cessna range of Saitek Pro Flight products supports our initiative to reach new customers and enhances our position in the flight simulation market. We believe that leveraging our Saitek Pro Flight products with a brand as recognizable as Cessna will open up a sizable new audience of flight schools, pilots and flight enthusiasts and is consistent with our strategy to build specialty products that evoke a passionate consumer response.”
Among the products that will be part of the Cessna Pro Flight range would comprise of the Cessna Yoke, Cessna Rudder Pedals and the Cessna Trim Wheel. Seems like one of the more affordable methods of getting your very own plane parts without having to fork out a bomb (relatively speaking, of course). Time to bust out those old flight simulator titles!
