The idea of an aerial camera is definitely not new, and we do know that the USAF’s Predator drone comes with a pretty powerful camera to capture snapshots of the ground below from thousands of feet up in the air, carrying out its surveillance duties without fear. How about bringing something like this a little bit close to home? That’s what this concept is all about – the camera is hidden into a glider, where it can shoot photos as well as video while in flight. Of course, there is no proper runway to take off to the skies, but the glider requires you to slingshot it into the air. While it won’t be as precise as a remote controlled aeroplane, at least the element of randomness ought to introduce some fantastic (and horrible) shots over the course of time.
