While Qualcomm has been enjoying quite a smartphone ride over the past year, it is still pressing ahead with a third generation of SnapDragon application processor. The first generation can be found in numerous smartphone, and was known for its 1Ghz speed, but the third one features a two CPUs that can run at up to 1.5Ghz. We expect smartphones to use a 1.2Ghz version, while Tablets and set top boxes will use the hotter 1.5Ghz. A little moredetails in the full post.
