This is still firmly in the “rumor” bin, but it does sound interesting, so we brought it up. The Google phone that we mentioned a little while back has the codename “Passion”, which might indicate the HTC Passion. There’s supposedly an expected launch in the first 2 weeks of January (which is just around the corner). The rumor also indicated that the phone will be available on T-Mobile’s network, which would probably be good news for folks who are on T-Mobile’s network. There’s also mention of a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a 4.3-inch multitouch display. Do you think that there is any substance in this rumor?
